It's almost February... Cray cray!
Valentine's Day is approaching, and I couldn't be more excited. I LOVE love!
I have some very exciting news, y’all!!!
I’m ramping up to take on wedding hair full-time once again—this time with a team of like-minded, wildly creative individuals. I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead!
Most of you know I used to own Seattle Bride Hair. For over a decade and a half, I had the privilege of working throughout the PNW and beyond, providing luxury hair (and makeup) for hundreds of brides and their incredible entourages over nearly fifteen years on my own, 35+ years altogether!
After becoming single in 2016/2017, I started to slowly wind the business down—simply because there weren’t enough hours in the day. I was still taking on weddings, just not at the full-time pace I had before.
At full capacity, I was doing around 40 weddings a year, while working 5–6 days a week in my studio, taming and slaying hair, and throwing in commuting a couple of days a week to see my sweetie. It was a lot… but a fun chapter.
Phew… I’m happy to say that life has slowed down after getting married and completing our big remodel.
But something was missing… I truly missed doing wedding hair full-time, week after week. I missed the energy, the creativity, and having my own tribe and community. I found myself wondering how I could step back into that groove again.
I instantly thought of a dear friend—someone I’ve worked alongside on more than a few weddings. She’s taken on the exciting task of building her own wedding team: individual hair and makeup artists coming together with like minds. Top-notch professionalism, flawless creativity, and—most importantly—a deep love for the craft, for our brides, and for each other.

I’ll be working as a contract artist with Wedding Hair by Rhianna and Serene Belle Artistry, and I couldn’t be more excited to collaborate with these incredible creatives—doing my first love: wedding hair.

And of course, I’ll still be in my sweet little private studio every other Sunday and Monday. I’m booking a couple of months in advance, so don’t wait to snag your spot!

Hair is my passion, and I’m reminded every single day why I love it so much. Yes, I love providing luxury, high-quality hair—but it’s so much more than that. It’s about connection. It’s about sharing positive, human moments and spending one-on-one time with amazing, thoughtful, kind people. That kind of connection is truly therapy for my soul.
I appreciate this more than words could ever say.
