Happy 2024!

Happy New Year!May I be the first one to wish all of you a very happy and prosperous 2024.I trust everyone had a festive holiday season.Mele Kalikimaka!2023 was one of my very best years yet.Of course May 5th being the highlight as I married my mountain man and became Mrs Roeder. We ventured on small and big adventures. Spending our honeymoon in Italy was an experience full of memories I will cherish for the rest of my life.I can never say enough... how much I appreciate all of my guests who continue to come in and receive great hair and share in wonderful conversation.I am truly blessed to do what I love.A New Year always has me sitting down to put pen to paper and jot down my thoughts of the past and goals of the future. ( I am one of those who sets many New Year resolutions)2024 will bring even better health, diet, and exercise. We, me, and my Mr will start to tear down and rebuild our home here in West Seattle... ( please send prayers and positive vibes for a stress-free remodel!)I have shared with some of you that my son has joined the Real Estate world. He passed his state and national exams and now is a licensed broker at Keller Williams in Seattle! This momma is always proud of her son but this takes it to another level.A handful of you may remember that I too am a licensed real estate agent. I also work out of Keller Williams. I had shifted gears into a referral agent (part-time) but recently I "dusted off" my license and decided to go full-time once again.Transferring my license back to KW of Seattle, Brock and I will be working out of the same office. How awesome is that? I get to work with my son, side by side!So shameless plug here... please send me all your referrals or if you yourself are thinking of listing or buying... give me a holler. Interest rates are coming down and I am convinced 2024 will be a good year for real estate.Brock and I on my first day as a Real Estate Agent in 2010! ( Who would have imaged we would be working together! )I am still continuing to work out of my cute lil studio, slaying and slinging hair on Sundays and Mondays. I am also making house calls to the West Seattle area, which is close to my home. ( Send a text for more information)My prices are staying the same for the beginning of 2024.
